- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: We ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Shoes Shop footwear as much as we do! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Important Exception: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Thong Sandals unless they are defective or incorrect items were shipped.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)
- PayPal refunds are usually processed within 24 hours
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable

To exchange an item for a different size or style (like trading your Multi-Strap sandals for a different color):
- Follow the standard return process
