Our Return Policy
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- A proof of purchase must be provided
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Thong Sandals unless they are defective or incorrect items were shipped. All other products in our collection including Slip-Ons, Sneakers, and Women’s Sandals are eligible for returns.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for approval – Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days
- Package your items – Once approved, securely pack the items in their original packaging
- Ship your return – Send the package to our returns center at:

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival):
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)
- PayPal refunds are usually processed within 24 hours
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or style (like trading your Multi-Strap sandals for a different color):
- Follow the standard return process
- Clearly indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
- Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the new item
- Any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly

Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged item or one with manufacturing defects (like issues with Rocker Outsole technology or stitching on Wedge & Heel styles):
